3. Independence of Partners
Our Partners, including service providers, business developers, drivers, and fleet owners, are independent entities. TrustyRides does not oversee or control the day-to-day operations of these Partners. Consequently, we are not liable for any actions, services, or compliance failures of our Partners.
4. Use of Services
a. Service Availability:
- The availability and continuity of services facilitated through TrustyRides are not guaranteed, as they depend on the independent operations of our Partners. Services may vary, be temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued without notice due to the independent nature of our Partners.
b. Application Use:
- The TrustyRides app is provided free of charge, but your use of the app will consume data for which your mobile network provider may charge you.
c. Changes and Discontinuation of Services:
- TrustyRides reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice, including access to support features or specific functions within the app.
